Video gait analysis (VGA) is a tool utilized to assess your running mechanics.  This allows your physical therapist to better identify movement patterns, muscle imbalances or inefficiencies in gait that could be contributing to pain or increased risk of injury. A VGA consists of recording you running on a treadmill followed by an analysis to evaluate stride length, landing mechanics, proper footwear and potential muscle weakness. Whether you are recovering from a current injury or just looking to find out more about your running form, a VGA is an excellent tool to help you run more efficiently!

Symmetry's running analysis consists of 2 visits.
